Continuing Care
Continuing care supports the period after formal treatment intensity decreases. It helps keep recovery connected to accountability, community, and a clear route back to treatment if the person needs more support again. Within the broader Verity model, this level is framed as part of Christ-centered treatment for addiction, mental health, and lasting recovery.

How this level fits
How this level fits Christ-centered addiction treatment and recovery support
Continuing care should not promise lifetime access unless that service is operationally available.
Long-term support can include peer, alumni, and treatment re-entry pathways.
This service often overlaps with outpatient follow-up, recovery housing transitions, and community-based support.
